What is the Master Restaurateur title? (It is the only authentic certificate awarded by the state that proves that food is homemade using only fresh ingredients.)
Any independent restaurateur can apply for the title. They must be the owner, manager, or qualified employee of a professional catering business. They must also hold a professional diploma and/or have experience in managing an establishment.
Candidates must then comply with a list of more than 30 criteria: homemade cuisine, mainly fresh raw and seasonal products, quality of service and hospitality, quality of tableware, hygiene, etc.
After evaluation and inspection, the State is delighted to award this title to the restaurant LE BOEUF D ARGENT, located at 29 rue du bœuf!
