ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Reservation (hereinafter "GTC") govern:

  • Reservations made at Le Bœuf d’Argent restaurant

  • Purchasing gift certificates

  • The sale of products offered on the website

Any order or reservation implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 2 – RESERVATION

Reservations can be made:

  • Online via the booking module

  • By phone

  • On site

  • After reviewing the terms and conditions listed on the page Book (allergies, number of people, children’s ages).

The restaurant reserves the right to refuse a reservation for legitimate reasons.

ARTICLE 3 – BANK DETAILS AND DEPOSIT

For certain dates, events, or groups, a bank imprint or deposit may be required.

In case of:

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before service

  • No-show

The restaurant may charge €30 per place setting as compensation.

ARTICLE 4 – CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW

All reservations may be subject to a credit card authorization.

In case of:

  • cancellation less than 24 hours before the service,

  • changes to the number of guests not reported within this time frame,

  • or no-show,

Le Bœuf d’Argent reserves the right to charge €30 per reserved place as a fixed compensation fee.

This amount corresponds to the loss incurred in connection with the mobilization of the table and the teams.

ARTICLE 5 – GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers:

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

  • Available upon prior reservation

  • Non-refundable and non-exchangeable

  • Can be used at once

  • In the event of loss or theft, no duplicate will be issued.

ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCTS SOLD ONLINE

The products offered for sale (olive oil, panettone, chocolate, jams, etc.) are:

  • Available while supplies last

  • To be collected exclusively at the restaurant unless otherwise stated

Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes.

ARTICLE 7 – PAYMENT

Online payments are secured via a platform that complies with current standards.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit card

The restaurant does not store any banking information.

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code:

  • Catering services provided on a specific date or during a specific period are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

For food products, the right of withdrawal may be excluded if the goods are perishable.

ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY

The restaurant cannot be held liable for:

  • In case of force majeure

  • In the event of an internet network malfunction

  • In the event of fraudulent use of payment methods

ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA

The data collected is used exclusively for:

  • Reservation processing

  • Order management

  • Customer relations

In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

ARTICLE 11 – DISPUTES

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.

In the absence of agreement, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the company's registered office.
