The cuisine

Le Bœuf d’Argent is above all a restaurant serving regional cuisine with a creative twist. Generous, masterfully prepared dishes, each telling its own story.

Our expertise in vegetarian cuisine complements the chef's repertoire, with options for all diets.

From the Chef

"We strive to strike a balance between French tradition and carefully measured Italian influences, combining bold yet perfectly balanced flavors.
In the kitchen, a 'Master Restaurateur' sibling duo: chefs Viviana and Antonio Pisacane, disciples of Escoffier and graduates of prestigious establishments, craft recipes with finesse and delicacy.
Service is an undeniable strong point at Le Bœuf d'Argent. In the dining room, Arianna and Alban answer all your questions with precision and passion: the composition of the dishes, the grape varieties of the wines, the origin of the ingredients...

The chefs invite you to a bicultural culinary discovery that reveals their commitment to the rules of the art; homemade cuisine inspired by the natural rhythm of passing time.

Why is the restaurant called Le Bœuf d’Argent?

Simply because it is located on Rue du Bœuf. In addition, in the 15th century, many banks, run by Italian families, were located in the Old Lyon district. Hence the name Le Bœuf d'Argent.
